My Coaching.
When you come to my club, you won't be alone. I will guide you, support you, and help you step confidently into your own new beginning. We will explore challenges that leave women feeling isolated, overwhelmed or alone., across all stages of life. Isolation can be felt even when you a re living with a partner, or many family members in the same house.
At this club, we will talking about the things that truly matter…the experiences and emotions that shape our lives, especially the ones we often keep to ourselves. You do not have to take if you don't feel comfortable .
There will be a box for suggestions, so that you don’t have to talk about things you find hard and want to be confidential..
TEA WITH HELEN.
Alongside the club meetings, I also offer one-to-one appointments for anyone who feels they’d benefit from something more personal. I call it Tea with Helen- because in Ireland, a cup of tea and a chat has always been how we put the world to rights. It’s how we make sense of things. feel listened to and start to feel better. Listening is so, so important and making a person feel listened too is essential.
Talking and being heard is as necessary to human as food and water.
The incredible thing is that you can really connect with someone through nothing more than warmth and empathy.
