Hi, I’m Helen,

I am not a counsellor or psychologist.

I am a life coach and woman who, through my own actions, took myself in a new direction.

Now I guide other women on their journey back to their most calm and confident selves.

I help you see what is possible for you. And show you how to believe in yourself - finding the confidence to take those decisions for your life that will bring you more peace, prosperity, freedom and confidence.

Most of us need a guide on our path. Someone who has been where you are and can light up the path ahead for you to move through your challenges and doubts and find a new path.

Coming through all my own dark times and finding the real me means I will have no regrets at the end of my days. I have found happiness, love, peace, a career that I love, new adventures and an understanding of how to look and feel good in my clothes and makeup.

My Story

My story is a story that started with a Marriage, six beautiful children, a marriage that ended in divorce. This story does not end there, it includes, pain, heartbreak, heartache, loneliness, fear , love. Coming to my club you will hear my story. A story of courage, hope, strength and determination. A story that will inspire, empower and make you realise that anything is possible.
